The beaches of Hyères

A unique natural heritage! Discover some of Hyères’ most beautiful beaches.

L’Almanarre

5 km of fine white sand and just as much fun to laze on the beach or swim in the crystal-clear waters. It is located on the historic salt route. A must for kitesurfers and windsurfers when the Mistral blows, L’Almanarre beach is also appreciated for its wild side.

L’Ayguade

This is one of the longest beaches in the commune of Hyères. It’s close to the village that gives it its name, a pleasant holiday resort with a family atmosphere. Restaurants, pétanque, beach volleyball: it’s all there for fun and relaxation.

World famous beautiful Notre Dame beach (Plage Notre-Dame) on Porquerolles island (l'île de Porquerolles), France

La Badine

A shady beach, thanks to the pine trees. With its shallow waters, this is an ideal place to take your children for a picnic. To make matters worse, the view of the Giens peninsula is simply magical.

La Bergerie

The Bergerie beach is an extension of the Badine beach. Surrounded by campsites, it is lively throughout the tourist season. Shallow waters here too, with the Golden Islands as a panorama. Along the beach, you’ll find windsurf rentals, catamarans, waterslides and stores.
